For ‘Nessie’ hunters or for those who simply want to take in the beauty of the famous loch, Loch Ness is only a short drive away.  It is also possible to ‘cruise’ Loch Ness with Jacobite Cruiseswhich can also include a stop Urquhart Castle. Likewise, the picturesque Cairngorms National Park  is also close-by and offers everything from gentle walks to a complete range of more adventurous outdoor activities.

Landmark Forest Adventure Park at Carrbridge, (just 23 miles south of Inverness) is a great day out for all the family.  From water slides to the ‘Runaway Train’ rollercoaster, you just can’t help but have fun!

Wildlife and the Highlands go hand in hand and we are very fortunate to have one of the largest school of dolphins in the UK situated very close-by to Inverness.  If you are lucky, you can see these majestic creatures close to the shore off Chanory Point.
