Only a2-minute walk from the centre of Inverness and with free onsite parking, Braevellie is a Victorian villa which has been converted into two fabulous, contemporary self catering apartments. Situated in a prime residential area, our location offers the benefit of being extremely close to the centre of Inverness, whilst being away from the immediate hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Both apartments have been furnished to a very high standard and each sleep four people in two double bedrooms, with one ensuite shower room and a main bathroom. Each apartment also has its own private garden with lockable storage for outdoor equipment you may wish to bring with you.
Our central location with parking make Braevellie Apartments the ideal location for a city break or as a base from which to explore the wider Highlands. We also now hold Short Term Let licences for both properties (a scheme recently introduced by the Scottish Government), which provides further reassurance that we are a responsible holiday accommodation provider – something we have always prided ourselves on: Apartment One Licence No: HI-50001-F; Apartment Two Licence No: HI-50002-F.
We loved our stay at Claire’s. It was in a very nice neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the downtown area. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well-appointed to make it comfortable. We appreciated the communication with Claire and the help/advice she gave us. Would love to come back!

This is our third stay in this beautiful apartment. We never want to leave as it is like a home from home. Claire is so easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. The location is first class and so central. So peaceful at night too.

This apartment was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. Not many apartments are better than the pictures but this one was. Two great bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and lacked nothing. Check in was easy. There are many good resturaunts and grocery stores nearby. Claire was great to deal with. We hope to return to this pretty city and stay here again.

I think that the apartment was the best, cleanest, well equipped apartment that I have ever stayed in, felt at home immediately after walking in the door. Would definitely stay again if we are in Inverness.
